A. At this time we do not offer returns or exchange. * If you have any issues with your pieces or items, at anytime contact costumer care. 

 

Q. What is the shipping process?

A. When Dimestore Diamond receives your order. We confirm payment, we confirm your address, and pull your pieces. Every order is gift wrapped and packaged accordingly. It takes about 24 hours or less to process an order. Dimestore Diamond uses USPS to ship all order. Once delivered to united states post office (USPS) domestic orders process can take an estimated 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Every order comes with a tracking number. * Once your order is sent out via USPS, it is USPS's responesablty  to delivlr your package saftly at a reasonable time.
